changed again
Last time i posted, i had a load for Toronto. That got put on hold during the night and we were given a pick up in Edmonton with 2 drops Lethbridge. After that we got a load of bananas to go to Saskatoon. From Saskatoon we reloaded ham for Calgary. When we tipped in Calgary we got a preplan for Laredo Texas, but it wouldn't be ready until next day. So we took another reset, did some washing, went to see district 9 at cinema. Were now parked in the flying j truckstop in Cheyenne Wyoming. Weve got 7 miles to do in the morning and we'll be in Colorado. The load we've got on is a bonded load for Mexico, but we cant deliver it cos it's a bit dodgy south of the border, so we drop it in a compound and a mexican takes it over. Next stop will be Amerillo Texas, then into Laredo Tx for sunday night.

quick update
After our last reset in Calgary, we did a flyer over to Vancouver, then a heavy load of pepsi back to Saskatoon. We tipped and loaded the same day then flew back to Calgary and tipped 2 drops the next morning. While tipping we got a trip preplan message for Toronto. It's not ready until midnight friday so we'll have 3500kms to do in 3 days! It's a really good earner, but hard work. I'll have to do 3 days, driving 13 hours per day to get there. So we're going to watch a film, then go to bed for the rest of the day, night night.

Calafornia again
Caafornia yet again, its getting boring now, 45 deg c , endless orange and lemon groves, lush green fields of every fruit you can think of. Only joking! So we got despatched to Vernon Ca, which is an industrial area to the south of downtown Los Angeles. We had 4 days to get there so we decided to see what Las Vegas was like. I was told you can park at any casino with a truck, so i decided on the MGM Grand on the corner of Tropicana Ave and Las Vegas Boulavard( the strip). I couldn't find the entrance so i ended up driving around the center of Vegas for about an hour until i found one i could get into, fun when your 75 ft long! So we took a stroll down the strip and had a look about. The next day we ran into LA. What a busy place that is! 6 lanes each way of solid traffic moving at high speed with no lane disipline. Barbara didnt speek much during this time, she just held on to the arm rests and looked scared. When we finally got tipped we had to go to Vetura, so that meant a trip up the Hollywood Freeway, but it was dark and busier so no photos, we'll get some next time. The next day we loaded bananas for Calgary, which is where we are now taking a reset.
sorry for the lack of posts, but we've been pretty busy. We've got stacks of photo's on the camera that we havn't had time to download. We seem to have no internet every time that we have the time to do this. Last time i posted we had time off booked in Lethbridge so we could go to the street wheelers weekend, and what a weekend it was, they close the main street down to everything except coustom cars and trucks, then people line the street and sit outside bars getting merry! They put on a live band and everyone really gets in the party mood. After that we did Portland Oregan and reloaded from Calafornia(1100kms m/t for the reload). Went back to Alberta with it. Then we had a Salt Lake City, reload of potatoes from Idaho back to Calgary. After that we took a load of meat to Columbus Nebraska, reloaded oreo biscuits from Wenona Illinios to go to Toronto. From Toronto we got Mcchicken nuggets for mcdonalds in vancouver, which we dropped in Calgary for some else, we then took an m/t trailer to Lethbridge for a reset and log book training.
